Terms.
Last changed 12 October 2026
These are the terms for the Aitrainer hub — the account and sync service — and for the apps that sign in to it. They are short because the service is.
Using Aitrainer
One account per person, under your own email address. Keep your password to yourself; a sign-in from a device you do not recognise is yours to end, from any other device. A key you bring from Claude, OpenAI or OpenRouter is used under that vendor’s terms and billed by them, not by us.
Your content
Your goals, courses, answers and progress are yours. The hub stores them so your devices can share them, and for no other purpose. The privacy note lists what is kept.
Shared courses
Sharing a course gives it to everyone: once an administrator has published it, it stays available to others even if you delete your account, unless an administrator unpublishes it. A shared course that is still waiting for review, or was declined, goes with your account.
Courses written on the hub
A request for a course is read by a person before anything is written, and may be declined with a note. The hub writes the course on its own key, at no cost to you, for now; if that changes, this page will say so before it does. The course it writes belongs to you.
Fair use
The hub limits how often a device may call it, so that one account cannot slow the others. An administrator may deactivate an account that abuses the service — its data is kept and every call is refused until it is reactivated — or, for continued abuse, delete it.
No warranty
The agents are AI models and can be wrong. A course, a grade or a plan is a judgement, not a certificate, and nothing here guarantees a result in an exam, a job or anywhere else. The service is provided as it is, and may change or stop.
