The hub is the account and sync service behind the Aitrainer apps. It keeps what it needs to let you carry on from another device, and nothing else. It does not train you; training happens on your device.

What we keep

Your account
Your email address and name; a hash of your password, or your Apple user id if you signed in with Apple; when the address was verified.
Your devices
The name you gave each device, its platform, and when it was last seen. Each is a sign-in you can end from any other device.
Your goals and preferences
What you set out to learn, how you chose to train, and the settings you changed.
Your courses
The full course file for each goal, exactly as it was written, so another device can download it and continue.
Your progress
The learning events your devices report — which challenge, which hint rung, how it was graded — and the evidence of mastery built from them.
Course requests
What you asked the hub to write, and what was decided.
Shared courses
A listing for each course you shared, and the course itself.
Email
A sign-up code or a password reset is sent to your address when you ask for one. The code is kept until it expires, then forgotten.

What we do not keep

When a model sees your words

Only when you ask the hub to write a course. Once an administrator approves the request, your description of the course is sent to the AI vendor the administrator has chosen — Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter — on the hub’s own key, at the hub’s own cost. Nothing else you sync is sent to any model.

Who can see your data

You, from any client. The administrators of the hub, who can read your account, devices, goals and progress in order to help you, and whose every action on an account is recorded. Nobody else: the hub shares nothing with anyone and sells nothing.

Your rights

From any client you can download everything the hub holds about you, in one file, and you can delete your account. Deletion is immediate and takes everything listed above with it. An administrator can do the same at your request.

Two things remain. A course you shared that was published stays in the marketplace, with nothing on it that names you, because sharing gave it away — the terms say so. And the administrators’ own log keeps the fact that an action was taken on an account, by its id, not any of your data.

Where, and for how long

On the hub’s servers, for as long as your account exists. A deactivated account keeps its data until it is reactivated or deleted. Rate limits and sign-in counters live for minutes.
